Summer 2009 Application Form
All applicants must submit a completed application form and a non-refundable application fee of $100 (USD), which will be deducted from the total program fee upon acceptance. Applicants are also required to submit a CD recording demonstrating their playing or a written recommendation from their music teacher. Application fees must be paid by check or money order and made payable to American Fine Arts Festival. The deadline for receipt of completed applications is January 26, 2009.
