Applications fees must be paid by check or money order and made payable to American Fine Arts Festival. Applications and $60 (USD)/participant application fees should be sent to:

Application forms are available in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. If you do not have the free Acrobat Reader installed, please download it here. Please download, print out, and complete in full. The deadline for in-person audition applications is February 2, 2009. The deadline for video audition applications is March 16, 2009.
